I HAVE THE 20-PAGE *UNREDACTED* POLICE REPORT REGARDING SOME OF THE INCIDENTS IN VIRGINIA GIUFFRE’S BOOK (DOCUMENTS INCLUDED)
A few days ago I mentioned that I had spent hours *manually* going through a trove of nearly 2000 documents that I believe very few people – if anybody – have seen. These are not from the public DOJ site, and so are unredacted. Those of you who read that will recall my saying that several of the reports make clear that Epstein was basically running a MLM scheme not unlike Avon or Tupperware, only instead of Avon ladies it was underage girls bringing other underage girls into the ‘massage’ business. Many of these documents were records of victims being interviewed by Palm Beach detectives about their encounters with Epstein.
But one of them brought me up short. It was a 20-page compilation of police reports involving Virginia Giuffre, back when she was Virginia Roberts, and relating to allegations of non-consensual sex. These reports (included for Notes from the Front members) detail some of the same incidents that she reported in her book.
In fact, even before I saw her name I started suspecting what I had when I ran into the terms “group home” and “Loxahatchee” in the very first pages. Having read her book I understood the significance of both.
These police reports were taken in early-to-mid 1998. Virginia, who was born on August 9, 1983, was just 14. Not long after these events she ran away from the group home and was scooped up by trafficker Ron Eppinger. Eventually she escaped him and started working at Mar-a-Lago when she was 16 or 17, where Maxwell recruited her.
Now the source for this document attempted to do a redaction, but they did a very poor job of it. So sometimes the complainant’s (Virginia’s) name is redacted, but several times it was not (the previous redactions are just white blanks – *I* have redacted her name in black where it wasn’t redacted – I realize that may seem weird, after all we know who it was, and she’s no longer living – but it just felt more… respectful… somehow).

They also tried to redact Virginia’s mother’s name (Mrs. Roberts) but again, did a half-baked job of it. I have left that unredacted.
However they did a brilliant job of redacting *statements* made by the suspect! Not his name, parts of what he said. Meaning not only did they not always redact Virginia’s name, but they accidentally (I have to assume) redacted non-names.
The suspects’ names are not redacted, and I’m keeping it that way because a) their interaction with the police is part of the public record, and b) *Epstein was trying to use this to impeach Virginia’s testimony against Epstein!*
So how does that work?
Epstein was planning to use these police reports (and maybe did, I don’t have the courtroom testimony), to say “Virginia has lied about this sort of thing before, look at this police report that never went anywhere”.
In fact you will see at the bottom of each page that it says that it was printed out on February 7, 2007. Because Epstein and his legal team were gearing up to go to court then.
And you will see that Virginia was reluctant to name the two people that assaulted her, but eventually lets slip their names: Kevin and Josh. And you will also see that the reports further down show that each was interrogated as a suspect.
Now, listen very carefully: These reports include details of rape by persons known to Virginia after she went out partying with them (this is part of what Epstein would try to use to impeach her – “Hey she’s a party girl”). They include descriptions of the act. I also need to warn you that the last entry, on December 3, 1998, is a gut punch (at least it was for me). So DON’T OPEN THE DOCUMENT IF YOU WILL BE TRIGGERED.
That said, seeing Virginia through this lens just made it so much more clear how and why this poor girl must have viewed herself before she ever got to Epstein. I just wanted to give that poor girl a hug.
