I keep telling you that contrary to what the administration wants you to believe, and contrary to what the far right *and* the far left want you to believe, Trump and the administration are *overwhelmingly* losing cases in court, including ICE detention cases.
This is *not* to minimize the trauma to the detainees, I’m talking purely about the legal system, and the propaganda and misinformation being spread on social media about what’s going on in the courts. (Of course this is *why* I write Notes from the Front, reporting from that front line.)
