The Supreme Court appeared poised to back the Trump administration’s move to immediately end humanitarian protections for more than 350,000 Haitians and 6,100 Syrians living and working legally in the United States a ruling that could ultimately affect 1.3 million people from 17 countries. Trump has moved to terminate Temporary Protected Status for all 17 nations currently designated under the program.
