SUPREME COURT KICKS MIFEPRISTONE DECISION DOWN THE ROAD UNTIL THURSDAY – THIS MEANS THAT MIFEPRISTONE IS STILL AVAILABLE BY TELEHEALTH AND MAIL UNTIL AT LEAST THURSDAY
As you may recall, I told you last week that the Supreme Court had *stayed* the lower Court’s ruling that would have prevented online clinics from prescribing and mailing mifepristone to women who needed it. The Supreme Court had stayed that ruling until today. Just now they have extended it until Thursday, without further comment (see screenshot).
