A win! A federal judge dismissed the DOJ’s lawsuit seeking Arizona’s unredacted voter rolls and did it with prejudice, meaning it can’t be refiled. Judge Susan Brnovich ruled that the Civil Rights Act does not authorize the demand, siding with Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, who refused to hand over a database containing home addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers for millions of Arizona voters.
