Wonderful news for Utah! Thank you, Judge Dianna Gibson, for honoring the will of the voters. She struck down the congressional map drawn by the Republican-controlled Legislature, ruling that it violated the standards established by the 2018 citizens’ initiative (Proposition 4), which aimed to ensure fair and nonpartisan redistricting.
