Trump is back at the Supreme Court with yet another emergency request. This time, he wants the justices to let construction continue on his sprawling $400 million White House ballroom project while the legal fight plays out. Just last week, the D.C. Circuit upheld a lower court ruling blocking above-ground construction, finding that a project of this scale cannot simply move forward without congressional approval. The administration is now asking the Supreme Court to step in before that order takes effect on August 21.
