This is terrible. The Supreme Court’s 6–3 conservative majority just handed Trump an early win in his effort to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the 2026 midterms, lifting a lower-court order that had blocked key parts of his executive order in 23 states. This is not a final ruling on whether Trump’s actions are actually legal. The underlying fight is still moving through the courts. Once again, the damage can happen long before the courts ever reach the final question.
