THERE IS *SO* MUCH MORE TO EPSTEIN DOCUMENT EFTA00159321 THAN JUST “EPSTEIN INTRODUCED MELANIA TO TRUMP”

You may or may not have seen the 11-page document designated as EFTA00159321. If not, it’s included for Notes from the Front members, or you can probably still find it online, if the DOJ hasn’t disappeared it.

EFTA00159321 is an 11-page FBI 302 document. As a reminder, FBI form 302 is the form on which they transcribe witness statements. As a further reminder, it is a *Federal crime* to lie to the FBI when giving a witness statement.

This witness was interviewed by the FBI in July of 2019, pursuant to a proffer agreement. Having done a fair amount of research I believe that I have that proffer agreement (included for Notes from the Front members). It was drafted on July 12, 2019, which is also the date of the FBI interview.

A proffer agreement is basically an agreement between a witness or suspect, and law enforcement, setting up conditions under which the witness is willing to be voluntarily interviewed. This witness’ proffer agreement includes:

“(1) THIS IS NOT A COOPERATION AGREEMENT. The Client has agreed to provide the Government with information, and to respond to questions, so that the Government may evaluate Client’s information and responses in making prosecutive decisions. By receiving Client’s proffer, the Government does not agree to make a motion on the Client’s behalf or to enter into a cooperation agreement, plea agreement, immunity or non-prosecution agreement. The Government makes no representation about the likelihood that any such agreement will be reached in connection with this proffer.

(2) In any prosecution brought against Client by this Office, except as provided below the Government will not offer in evidence on its case-in-chief, or in connection with any sentencing proceeding for the purpose of determining an appropriate sentence, any statements made by Client at the meeting, except (a) in a prosecution for false statements, obstruction of justice or perjury with respect to any acts committed or statements made during or after the meeting or testimony given after the meeting; or (b) if, at any time following the meeting, Client becomes a fugitive from justice.”

This means that the witness was also potentially a suspect.

Now for most people the big deal – in fact perhaps the only reason that you may have heard of this before – is because the person being interviewed told the FBI that “Epstein introduced Melania Trump to Donald Trump”.

And you know, the only reason that this is even a biggish deal is because of how *vehemently* the Trumps deny it – including Melania with her bizarre public speech last week (I analyzed that for you, including why the connections to Paolo Zampolli and Amanda Ungaro matter, and the details of Melania’s lawsuit with author Michael Wolff, here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AsVTdUhGC/ )

So, to get that out of the way, look at the screenshot attached to this post, it says “Epstein introduced Melania Trump to Donald Trump”. Then further down it says “Blank1 and Zempoli (sic) were at a night club with Epstein who was there with a woman who Witness believed was Blank2. Blank3 took Blank2’s phone number.”

Now, while of course I can’t know for sure, I believe given the context that Blank2 is Melania, and Blank3 is Donald.

But this has detracted from all of the *rest* of the 11 pages of this document!

First, who is the witness? I did a deeeep dive, and while this is just educated conjecture on my part after a great deal of research, I believe that I know who the witness is.

I’m not going to share her name, but here’s who it is not: some outlets have identified the witness as Lesley Groff (often misspelled as Leslie Groff). There are three primary reasons why it can’t be Ms. Groff: first, the witness in EFTA00159321 worked for Epstein from just 2005 to 2006. Groff worked for Epstein for many more years than that. Second, a careful reading of EFTA00159321 shows that Epstein offered to pay for this witness to take English lessons. Groff was born in Connecticut. This witness is one of Epstein’s imports from outside the U.S.. And three, and most telling, Lesley Groff is mentioned, by name, unredacted, in this document! (Albeit with the “Leslie” misspelling.) Details matter! Any outlet suggesting that the witness is Lesley Groff is just doing sloppy work!

It is also not Amanda Ungaro.

In fact, a lot of people can be eliminated by the fact that the document reveals that this person worked for Epstein from 2005 to 2006, and that English was a second language for her (or third or fourth, but not her first).

This witness knows a *lot*. There are redactions all over this document, redactions that are the names of victims *and* the names of enablers (likely victims turned recruiters).

She reveals that Epstein spent a lot of time in the Virgin Islands specifically so that he could claim residency there for tax purposes. She shares that she told Epstein that she thought that “there was a lot of Russian prostitution”, and that Epstein retorted “That’s what I like best.”

This is a *very* dense document, with a lot of information (again, also with a lot of redacted names). But most people didn’t look past the titillating “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump”.

My point in bringing this up is that while it’s tempting to look at an Epstein-related document and see the “big news”, you will often find far more revealing details if you just look. In fact I certainly may have overlooked something of importance in this document myself – Notes from the Front members, please take another look at EFTA00159321, be sure to share your findings in our private chat.
