The Trump administration is once again asking the Supreme Court to protect DOGE from having to hand over internal documents this time in response to a lawsuit by a watchdog group. Solicitor General D. John Sauer filed an emergency application asking the justices to block lower-court rulings that would force the release of records, arguing it would “undermine the confidentiality of presidential advisers.”
