The Supreme Court on temporarily allowed Trump to keep construction moving on his White House ballroom. Chief Justice John Roberts, acting alone, issued a one-sentence administrative order giving the Court more time to decide whether construction should be allowed to continue. At this rate, will it even matter by the time they act? Trump reportedly has crews working around the clock to rush the project forward, seemingly determined to get as much built as possible before anyone can stop him. One of the best celebrations after this administration ends will be watching the thing come back down.
