The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Trump administration may proceed with sending National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon. The decision overturns an earlier order from U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut in Oregon that had temporarily halted the deployment of National Guard units from Oregon and California.
