Many, if not most, of you know me only as “that snarky lawyer who tells it like it is about how the Courts holding the line with this administration”. But I’m also the CEO of the company that I founded more than 20 years ago which has gone on to become one of only two companies *in the world*(!) (the other is now called Validity, it used to be called ReturnPath) on which inbox providers and spam filters around the world rely to check on the reputation of email senders (certifying that the email they send is not spam, and is legitimate). I’m giving you this background because I want to tell you this: I just had occasion to realize, all over again, that our retention of customers for our email deliverability (<-- I'm the one who made up this term) and sender reputation certification services is *through the roof*!! The average length of time that senders stay with us is over 10 years, and some have been with us since day 1! I'm *very* proud of that! Yay us! :~)
