Let’s try putting this another, simpler, plain English way: this is just a tiny portion of cat Federal Judge Williams’ order in the Trump versus IRS case, from two weeks ago. Federal Judge and Federal court and Federal law all trump an almost meaningless statement put out on social media by a disgraced DOJ lawyer. And yes of course he appealed it, he appeals everything, and he loses the majority of them. I am not worried.
