It’s amazing watching as even Florida is changing. In heavily Republican Sarasota County, voters just broke up the Moms for Liberty-aligned conservative majority on the school board. Former teachers Megan Tennimon and Beth Mayberry both won outright, while Teresa DeWitt, a former vice chair of the local Moms for Liberty chapter, finished third and was eliminated. This was one of the places Ron DeSantis and Moms for Liberty helped turn into a showcase for their education culture wars.
