As I mentioned yesterday, the criminal case that Trump’s DOJ brought against Kilmar Abrego Garcia was *dismissed* in May by the Court, which held that the DOJ’s bogus case against Abrego Garcia was vindictive prosecution.
Now, not even 3 months later, the DOJ has filed an appeal to *reopen* the case – a case that the judge himself called “Blanche’s tainted prosecution”!
AND I HAVE THE FLIMSY EVIDENCE THEY ARE TRYING TO USE! AND I’M GOING LIVE WITH IT!
