I HAVE THE ACTUAL USPS MAIL-IN BALLOT WHISTLEBLOWER REPORT, AND IT IS CHILLING

I just got my hands on the actual whistleblower report that is being reported by the New York Times, CNN, and other outlets. And it is chilling. It’s 20 pages long – I’m including it for Notes from the Front members, along with the letter that Congressman Blumenthal (Ranking Member, Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations) wrote to Postmaster General David Steiner demanding an explanation and answers regarding what is in the whistleblower report.
According to the legal organization Whistleblower Aid, who is representing the whistleblower, the whistleblower is “an anonymous federal official with direct knowledge of potentially catastrophic problems in the development of the United States Postal Service’s new system for handling federal election ballot mail. The Whistleblower came forward with significant concerns about the USPS’s secretive, rushed, chaotic, and fundamentally flawed process for the creation and implementation of an entirely new and untested set of IT systems, including the “Federal Ballot Mail Portal” or “Portal”.”
Among other things that the whistleblower has revealed is the fact that the system is designed to have a “zero-percent failure policy” and that policy says that if *even one barcode* that is sampled from a batch of ballots fails the ENTIRE BATCH is returned to the state!!
As the report explains, “Given states often deliver ballots to the USPS in large ballot batches, a zero percent failure rate during verification can derail vast numbers of ballots. The new scanning verification process is designed so that after a single failed bar code verification, USPS will stop the sample scanning and refuse to accept the entire batch of ballots.”
And that’s just one of the many things that the whistleblower revealed.
