HERE ARE THE 3 NAMES THAT SARAH KELLEN GAVE TO CONGRESS THIS WEEK
As you probably know, yesterday (Thursday, May 21, 2026) Sarah Kellen testified before Congress - specifically the House Oversight Committee - behind closed doors. During that hearing she named three men as perpetrators of abuse; while some may have suspected or even known of these men and the allegations of abuse against them, this is the first time that they have been named publicly, under oath.
Now I have fact-checked this with credible sources - I'm not going to keep you in suspense - the three names are:
Former Miami Mayor Philip Levine
Celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai
Fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier (deceased)
I've done some preliminary sleuthing in the Epstein files, and there are MASSES of emails from Levine to Jeffrey Epstein, and vice versa. Also flirty emails between Ghislaine Maxwell and Levine. For example an email between Levine and Maxwell where they are talking about an upcoming flight (typos included):

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, NO.
It's not just the Arabs that spent hours learning to fly.
I will be right seat, and if you are not careful you will be in luggage

As for Fekkai, I have found emails from women to Epstein asking if they can book a hair appointment with Fekkai, and Epstein saying "yes". Nothing so far to suggest he was abusing, but then that's part of the reason it's so hard to prosecute these people, it's often a she said/he said situation, and words alone are almost never enough to convict someone - you need real evidence.
(Demarchelier only appears, at least by name, fewer then a few dozen times, and always in a business context.)
Now of course you have to decide for yourself how much credibility you give to Sarah Kellen's words. Is she a victim, or a perpetrator and co-conspirator, or both? In fact, I believe that in her instance both can be true, and likely are true.
She was, after all, explicitly named in the Epstein non-prosecution agreement as a co-conspirator.
And as you know from my reporting a few weeks ago, where I gave you (Notes from the Front members) the actual unredacted transcripts of five different victims’ police interviews, Sarah Kellen always featured prominently, meeting the victims as they were brought to Epstein’s house, and bringing them upstairs to Epstein.
But that doesn’t mean that she wasn’t herself a victim.
She told Congress yesterday that "Jeffrey made sure I knew that defying him would cost me my life," and that "Jeffrey was able to fool and manipulate the brightest minds in the world. Us victims didn’t stand a chance."
Congress seems to have found her credible. Said the Republican Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, "She was a very good, sincere and a helpful witness. I can’t say enough good things about her."
The transcript of her testimony yesterday is expected to be released in the next week or so.
