Good news! The USPS whistleblower allegations are now officially in front of a federal judge. The groups challenging Trump’s mail-in voting executive order have submitted the whistleblower disclosure to the federal court in Massachusetts as part of their push for a preliminary injunction. The whistleblower stated USPS resumed work on a rushed new mail-ballot system while an injunction was still in effect and warns the system could suffer a “catastrophic failure” that could disrupt the 2026 midterm elections.
