D.C. police will impose a “juvenile curfew zone” this weekend in Navy Yard, covering Nationals Park, rec centers, schools, and nearby businesses. Teens under 17 caught out past curfew face up to 25 hours of community service, with certain exemptions. Parents who knowingly allow violations risk a $500 fine or community service.
