Cruelty doesn’t seem like a byproduct, it’s the goal. The Trump administration is set to destroy $9.7 million worth of contraceptives instead of sending them to women in need overseas. On top of that, taxpayers will shell out another $167,000 just to dispose of them. A total waste of resources and taxpayers money.
