BREAKING! JUDGE IN USPS CASE *JUST NOW* ISSUED A NEW ORDER – IT’S NOT EVEN PUBLISHED BUT I HAVE IT FOR YOU!

JUST NOW Judge Talwani issued an electronic order; that means that this order is not printed and published, it is only inserted in the docket, but *I have it for you!* I have grabbed it and printed it to a document for you, also making it readable for you (I omitted citations so it’s in plain English).
Basically the USPS and “intervenor defendants”, which are the states that are backing this play, asked for a stay of the TRO that Judge Talwani put in place at the end of this past week. (TROs by their nature are *not* appealable, especially ones like this one which has a specific expiry date of just two weeks out.) So the USPS requested a stay of the TRO from Judge Talwani, and this (heh… stinging slap electronic order) is her response.
It’s 5 pages long, and gives us a real insight into exactly how and why she crafted the TRO in the manner that she did, anticipating all of the USPS’ and states-on-the-wrong-side-of-history’s moves, *including* crafting the TRO so that “why, any lil ole state which wants to *voluntarily* upload its voter rolls to the USPS is free to do so!” (bat bat bat).
