Microsoft, this spammer is sending spam through your system, in violation of your ToS and various laws, in order to facilitate their spamming activities. I have zero relationship with this spammer, have never heard of them prior to receiving their spam, and have certainly not given permission to have my email address scraped and put on a mailing list from which I have to unsubscribe in order to stop them from spamming me.
Also note that as I am in Colorado this spammer is in violation of the Colorado Privacy Act, which went into effect on July 1, 2023, and which prohibits using personal data (in this case my email address) for targeted advertising without express prior consent (which I certainly did not give, again, I had never heard of them until receiving their spam). Note as well that this is at least the second time they have spammed me, my having ignored the first.
