A win! A federal judge in Boston just blocked the Trump administration from strangling hundreds of wind and solar projects nationwide. Chief Judge Denise Casper issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday, striking down a policy that required every wind and solar project to get personal sign-off from Interior Secretary Doug Burgum.
