PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN STATES WHERE THERE ARE FEW PLACES TO DROP OFF YOUR BALLOT: START ORGANIZING BALLOT TRAINS NOW!
If you live in a state where there are few places for people to drop off their “mail-in” ballots, start *now* organizing ballot trains, by which I mean people who are willing to drive other people to a place where they can securely hand off their ballot!  DO NOT CARRY SOMEBODY ELSE’S BALLOT (an organized effort like that may run afoul of both state and federal law, playing right into their hands). But offering to bring someone to a ballot drop-off point is perfectly legal!  So here is how you can help! Start a Facebook group called “Ballot Train for (your state)”! Do it now, and start talking about it and sharing it so that leading up to elections people in that group who need a ride to get their ballot dropped off can be matched up with people willing to give them a ride to do that! This is one of the ways that we can defeat Trump’s efforts to make it harder to vote! Remember, we do not want mail-in ballots being handed to the post office! That way lies chicanery! People need to be able to get to a state-run ballot drop box.  So start a ballot train today!
