I HAVE THE BANNON-EPSTEIN VIDEO THAT THE DOJ REMOVED – *AND* I ORDERED THE TRANSCRIPT AND CREATED AN AUDIO FILE FOR YOU
Speaking of Bannon, as we were yesterday with this week’s Supreme Court remand of his case back to the lower court, I went on an odyssey to find the 2-hour video of Bannon interviewing Epstein that the DOJ released and then clawed back. Now, you can likely find that video as well. But in case you can’t bear to see either of their faces I’ve also created a file of just the audio for you, and I’ve *also* ordered up a transcript of the interview for you. That way you can just read it, or read along with the audio or video (the video, audio, and transcript are all included for Notes from the Front members).
This interview was part of Bannon’s preparation for doing what has been billed as a “sympathetic” documentary about Epstein. The interview occurred during the first half of 2019, before Epstein was arrested for the second time, and jailed leading up to his suicide / murder / “death”, depending on to which school of conspiracy you subscribe.
Now why, you may wonder, would Bannon be doing a “sympathetic” documentary about Epstein? And why, during the interview, would Bannon tell Epstein “There’s something deeply f**ked up about you” if he was sympathetic? It turns out he was saying it in that way that only two people who know each other well can rib each other, much like when he calls Epstein a schmuck.
In fact, as it happens, the various DOJ releases, incomplete as they are, revealed that Bannon and Epstein had quite the bromance going, with the DOJ dropping hundreds of texts between them, some of which I’ve reported on before, such as Bannon asking Epstein if Epstein can “get rid of Powell or really get rid of Mnuchin?”
While they cover a wide range of topics in the interview, including why, says Epstein, he purchased Zorro ranch, and why his money isn’t “dirty money”, one of the creepiest parts to me is when Epstein says this:
“People are attracted to each other. Everyone has the same feeling. They’ve seen someone walk in the room, and they say, oh, that person gives me a creepy feeling. Science doesn’t describe what creepy feelings means. They just know it’s a creepy feeling. I think women, as I said the last time, have an intuitive sense. What is intuitive? They have intuition. They have feelings, and they’re able to deal in the realm of things that men, especially men like myself, find unexplainable. Women have intuition.”
And in my head I was screaming “How can you say that when YOU were the creepy thing in the room??? Is “If I was a bad person their intuition would have kept them away from me” how you slept at night??”
