I am reposting this (posted part of it a couple of hours ago) because I’ve substantially updated it with the second paragraph.

I’ve posted about this before but I guess it’s time to post it again: what exactly do *you* mean when you say “the Epstein files”? It’s not like there is a big file cabinet with the name Epstein on it. This is a legal issue, and in the law wording has to be very precise. When you just say “the Epstein files”, well there is no such thing, just like there is no such thing as antifa. It’s important to hone your focus and say what you actually mean. I guarantee you that when the comments start coming in you will see that “the Epstein files” means different things to different people, and some people may even shrug and acknowledge that they don’t really know what they mean.

To put this in perspective, there are over *100* different lawsuits that involve Epstein, whether as a named defendant or as someone involved in the claims (for example the lawsuits against Maxwell). The DOJ almost certainly does not have all of the files of all of those lawsuits, because they weren’t involved with many of them. In the Epstein section of the DOJ website they listed only 12 lawsuits, last I checked. And *that’s just lawsuit* documents! That doesn’t take into account investigation documents. Banking documents. Flight documents. Etc..
