BREAKING: COURT ENJOINS DHS, ICE, ET AL FROM DESTROYING EVIDENCE IN ICE SHOOTING OF ALEX PRETTI
The Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension filed an emergency motion this evening asking the Federal District Court to restrain the administration from destroying evidence in the shooting of Alex Pretti. ICE may have tried to pull that stunt with the Renee Good shooting, but this time Minnesota was ready. The Court granted the TRO and will hold a hearing on Monday. The administration has until noon Monday to file any motion in opposition.

Yes, like – where is Alex’s phone? Can the phone company retrieve its data/video? What about his gun? Ballistic evidence? Prints? Is his body at HCMC? This is madness.
